Soul Winning means preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to the whole world and converting the unsaved to become devoted to God. Every Christian has this divine mandate on earth.

Soul Winning is the primary responsibility of a believer and NOT exclusively for the spiritual leaders in the body of Christ.

A Soul Winner is a Christian on a divine mission reconciling lost souls or the unsaved unto God.
